Everything you need to know before your visit to Max & Mina's.
We carry a selection of gluten-free and nut-free flavors. That said, our kitchen handles a wide variety of ingredients, and we cannot guarantee that any flavor is entirely free from cross-contamination. Guests with severe allergies should take this into consideration before ordering.
Max & Mina's is proudly certified Kosher Dairy under the supervision of the Vaad of Queens. We always carry a rotating selection of Cholov Yisroel flavors — however, please note that the majority of our ice cream is not Cholov Yisroel. Our current rotation is available in-store.
We love helping you find your perfect scoop! To keep things moving for all our guests, we kindly ask that each customer limit themselves to 3 samples. We appreciate your consideration for your fellow ice cream lovers.
We let the ice cream speak for itself. At this time, we do not offer toppings. Our focus is on crafting flavors so good, they don't need anything added.

Scoop shop tips to live by.
- 01The cookie dough tastes like cookie dough. So does the chocolate, and the vanilla.
- 02"Doesn't matter what it looks like, it matters what it tastes like." — Bruce
- 03We don't have any non-dairy flavors.
- 04You have to read the whole flavor sign. We sometimes have several flavors that use the same key ingredient — we won't know what flavor you're referring to if you don't say the entire flavor name.
- 05Prices and cup sizes are on the price list, and are pre-tax.
- 06The flavors are on the boards that say TODAY'S FLAVORS.
- 07We prefer not to recommend flavors. Find a flavor you love on the board and sample it. Our flavors are made from the real ingredients listed on the menu boards — so if you like the ingredient, you're going to like the flavor.
- 08We accept cash, credit/debit card, Apple Pay, and your first born child. (Ok, maybe not that last one.)
- 09No half scoops.
